The first part of the book includes the traditional version of the history of Siberia as it has been since the Stone Age. The second part puts in systematic perspective existing data and results of many disciplines proving the fact of the existence of a world hyperborean proto-civilization and Euro-Asian population in Siberia, on the Taymyr Peninsula. This civilization disappeared as the result of a global cosmic cataclysm. This part of Siberian history was a history of several migration waves to other parts of the continent. One of the stops in this migration was a Sredinnoe (Median) state with roads, towns, bridges and dams. The third part contains results of local field studies in Siberia by the author and his colleagues. Bibliography (269 titles). 74 illustrations.
