Synopsis
This reader is intended for beginners. It consists of three parts. Part one includes adapted texts: tales and legends. Vocabulary is about 1,200 words. Part two assumes a vocabulary of 2,000 words and contains less adapted texts. The third part includes original texts: excerpts from works by K. Paustovskii, V. Shukshin, V. Tokareva, etc. All chapters are provided with word lists.
