Una radiografía de México D.F., ciudad novela, vista a través de los ojos de sus frenéticos protagonistas encabezados por Martín Mantra, director de cine y miembro de una demencial familia mexicana abducida por una telenovela.

What does a nostalgic brain tumor, a specter obsessed with masked wrestlers, and a hypothetical android searching for a missing creator through a world in ruins have in common?
The answer to this question is not a simple one and needs us to address at least three essential aspects: a) the improbable, almost fantastic nature of a city like Mexico, Distrito Federal; b) the mysterious shadow of Martín Mantra, a prodigy film director and flamboyant messiah alike, and c) spicy food and polluted air, antient pyramids and modern airports, the day of the dead and the night of the living, spilled blood and tequila in the veins… A city out of a novel, and the novel of that city.
