Efrén Martínez es un conferencista colombiano que ha impartido charlas para organizaciones educativas y empresariales en más de 20 países. Docente de Psicología y de diversas maestrías en Psicología Clínica, es Ph. D. en Psicología, MBA, magíster en Dirección de Recursos Humanos y especialista en adicciones, logoterapia y análisis existencial. Es uno de los principales exponentes del pensamiento de Viktor Frankl, además de autor de más de 24 libros y numerosos artículos. Es presidente de Meaning Group, un holding de organizaciones dedicadas al bienestar, el desarrollo y el propósito del ser humano. Fanático del yoga y la meditación.
