For anyone typically impressed by the visual and mental stimulation of Dorling Kindersley's fine books and Eyewitness video series, this 30-minute play-time video will miss the mark. The dynamic host Floella teams up with a silent teddy bear to make crafts such as paper boats and sock puppets with a group of colorfully dressed preschoolers. Unfortunately, no mention of "how to" accompanies any of the craft making. Add to this disappointment the interspersed cartoons in which the characters' mouths don't move and puppet vignettes in which the puppets' mouths move at all the wrong times. The same amount of time spent with DK's My First Incredible Amazing Dictionary (available in hardback and in CD-ROM) would prove to be much more educational and entertaining. --Liane Thomas
