Synopsis
地方志是一个地方的文化宝库。其内容包罗万象，历史、地理、政治、经济、文化、社会、民族、宗教、军事、边防等无所不包，是一个地方的“大百科全书”。因此，各省通志系中华文化版图中不可或缺的重要组成部分。 云南志书的纂修肇始于元代。早者当是元代李京的《云南志略》。此后，明清时有修撰。云南历代纂修通志，现存者十种。清代道光年间修纂的《道光云南通志稿》就是其中之一。道光六年（1826年），清代乾嘉学派代表人物、朴学大师、士林领袖、云贵总督阮元倡修是志，纪事上自三代，下迄道光朝，以综汇故实、避免漏略为宗旨，延请云南政坛学界之名流王崧、李诚、刘大绅等修撰，并亲自发凡起例、领衔修纂，先后历时近十载，于道光十五年（1835年）修成。全书列十三个总目，六十八个子目，层次分明，凡二百一十六卷首三卷，线装本计一百一十二册。 《道光云南通志稿》是云南省所有通志中的“善之本”。清代前期修纂的《康熙云南通志》（范承勋等修）和《雍正云南通志》（鄂尔泰等修），大体都是取旧志略事删补，并未重加编撰，且皆篇幅有限——《康熙云南通志》《雍正云南通志》仅为三十卷，内容详备上有很大局限。而此书用力尤多，耗时久，广泛搜罗、采访，博采成书，续前志所未载，增补乾嘉道三朝百余年间云南地方文献史实，非草率应景之作可比，较之前各种云南省志部头大增，也更加翔实、完备。诚如云南史学巨擘方国瑜先生所言：“前此修纂，惟取旧志略为删补，而未重加编撰，惟是书用力勤，非奉行故事者可比也。”“滇省通志今存者十，此为善之本。”Language:Chinese.HardCover.Pub Date:2021-04-01.publisher:Yunnan Fine Arts Publishing House.description:HardCover.
