About the Author:

R. Jayaram, PhD, is Director, Yadavrao Tasgaonkar School of Business Management, Mumbai. He has been teaching management subjects at postgraduate level in reputed business schools as a visiting and regular faculty for the last 20 years. Dr. Jayaram also has working experience with business organizations and banking industry. He has published many articles in professional journals and conducted corporate training programmes for senior executives. Namita R. Kotwani is Professor, Yadavrao Tasgaonkar School of Business Management, Mumbai. Her areas of interest include Human Resource Development, Management Control Systems, Research Methodology, Project Management and Managerial Economics. She has published many articles on these subjects in reputed journals and currently pursuing PhD in HRD.
