About the Author
Swami Sivananda renounced his medical service and settled down at Rishikesh in the year 1924.He practised intense austerities and shone as a great Yogi,saint,sage and Jivanmukta. He started the famous Sivanandasram and had written over two hundred books.His books are ever ever popular. He had many illustrious disciples,one such being Swami Satyananda Sarswati,who started the famous Bihar school of Yoga.The disiple's books are as popular as the Guru's-like Asanaprana Yama Mudra Bandha and so on,best sellers on amazon.
