Lord Krishna taught yoga ways to live in this world joyfully and reach the ultimate goal of union with the Source, the Almighty. Transposing love for all, knowing that same consciousness is present in all beings, 5. Tremendous Energy of the Lord utilized by subordinating the limiting Ego of Doership to the Nature and its Forces, 6. Transcribing the personality with skillful performance of personal duties, and 7. Treasuring the SELF, surrendering to it the entire personality. Patanjali has taught realization of the Supreme through Yoga Practice and Meditation. Practice and Super Dispassion are the ways. Dr. Mangalick has simplified the Yoga Sutra knowledge, by sequentially elaborating on, 1. Klesh of Mind, or the afflictions of Mind, 2. Karma, Actions and Impressions, Sanskaars, 3. Muni Patanjali: Purpose of the Union of "the image of the Aatmaa" and "the Buddhi" and the resulting consciousness of the mind, is 1. to experience the world phenomena and 2. to realize the SELF.
