This book examines the Gordian Knot of the perpetually conflicting Indo-Pak relationship (IPR)-including the origin and growth of the Indo-Pak antagonism (IPA) and the resultant trust gap . Why the inherently faulty dream of Iqbal and Jinnah continues to irrigate the evil roots of the Pakistan s India fixation -and how communal and international shadows -falling on the IPR, do not allow some energizing sunlight to fall upon this genetically weak relationship, is dwelt upon, uncommonly beautifully,in this work. This book discards what is apparent and goes to the depths of the IAP- answering why its continuitly is essential for the very existence of Pakistan. Why, without the glue of PIA, the nation of Pure (Pak) runs the danger of crumbling like a ball of moist sand, is explained herein. Further, it analyzes and lists the ten key stake-holders of Pakistan . Which is topped by the Pak army and at its very bottom rests the public. This formation of the author postulates that, except for the Pakistani public, Indo-Pak peace is highly toxic to basic interests and well being of its other nine stake-holders. Why and how the Pakistani army and its politicians and diplomats, under willing and or unwilling collaboration by the other six stake-holders, raise unreasonable demands upon India-to make sure that no movement towards peace between the two neighbor is made in any meeting or conference, is exposed in a decisively convincing manner. How talks take place for the sake of talks-and participants shake hands or shout undiplomatically for the benefit of their respective audience and constituencies too is dwelt upon. Diplomats and politicians of the two conflicting nations often behave and act as well-rehearsed characters of an often stage drama.

About the Author:
Dr. U. V. Singh is a management consultant, primarily specializing in productivity improvement acceleration (PIA) in corporate work environments. He possesses a brilliant academic record and a Ph.D. in 1966 from IARI, New Delhi and a Post-Doctorate degree from CNRA, Versailles, France. For over 40 years, he earned and accumulated valuable work experience in corporates of national and international repute. Dr. Singh, throughout his corporate exposure, attempted to arrive at and sustain an active mix of thought and action warriorism. He has been a keen student of human nature and its manifestations in collective work environments. He developed and tested several collective work related thought formulations. Of these, the theory of bio-lethargy, theory of negativity, law of stress balance and the principle of potential interaction were fruitfully employed. Dr. Singh's first book, the "Management Wisdom of Lord Krishna," was published in 2008, which was well received in the market. Some management institutions now use it for finding solutions to intricate corporate challenges. His second book entitled, "7 Deadly Sins of Corporate Mismanagement" was published by Pentagon Press, New Delhi, 2009. Dr. Singh's intense occupation with human nature and its interactions with practical philosophies led to the "Gandhian Philosophy and Terrorism," which came out in early 2011. And his keen political thought analysis led to the present work.
