About the Author:
S.K. Verma, S.J.D. (Harvard), L.L.M. (Brekeley) is currently the Director of the Indian Society of International Law. She has also served as the Director of the Indian Law Institute and Dean and Head of the Faculty of Law, University of Delhi.
