Balance in life. The Indian life philosophy ayurveda works as a vaccine against stress. Are you longing for balance in life? Then Janesh Vaidya's 'Ayurveda for your mind' is something for you. --Damernas Varld Magazine
A wonderful book for everyone who wants to learn more about Ayurveda and most of all about themselves. Three reasons to why I recommend 'Ayurveda for your mind': The author is explaining, in a for me easy way to understand, about different body types and how to balance them. You don't have to buy a lot of herbs and pills from different shop as in other books I have read. Everything recommended is food that you can find in your local shop. This book has given me tools to feel good, not only on a physical but also on a mental level. --Pia, Gavle
