About the Author
Dasso Saldívar nació en San Julián (Antioquia, Colombia) en 1951. Tras abandonar los estudios de Derecho en su país, cursó Ciencias Políticas en la Universidad Complutense de Madrid. Desde 1975 reside en esta ciudad, obteniendo después la nacionalidad española. Ha colaborado en periódico como El País y El espectador, en revistas como Cuadernos Americanos y Afrique-Asie, así como en programas culturales de Televisión Española. En 1981 obtuvo el Premio Jauja de Cuentos.
