About the Author:
Ana Zurita nació en Valencia en 1976.
Terminó los estudios de Bellas Artes en 2001 y en 2004 decidió dedicarse profesionalmente a la ilustración. En 2005 comenzó la aventura de ser ilustradora, aunque llevaba dibujando historias desde siempre. Desde entonces ha ilustrado numerosos cuentos infantiles para diversas editoriales.
«Me gustan las risas de los niños cuando no pueden parar de reír.
No me gustan las sonrisas que no son sinceras.
Me gusta que me cuenten historias y la música que me invita a soñar.
Pero no me gusta soñar y luego no acordarme.
Me gusta el color amarillo, sobre todo cuando juego al parchís.
No me gusta... espera que lo piense.
Me gusta calarme bajo la lluvia, ir en bici a la playa en invierno, el olor de los libros, las mantas que pesan, los lápices nuevos, dibujar, dibujar y dibujar...
No me gusta...
Pues eso, que me gusta mucho que sean más las cosas que me gustan que las que no.»
