The application of methods such as brainwashing, lobotomies, electroshocks, mental control, isolation, and other inhuman and degrading tortures are revealed in this scathing testimonial from one of the CIA's former psychiatrists. Covered in this critique is the case of William Buckley a CIA agent specially trained to coordinate such psychological experiments who was killed by those very same methods in 1985.

About the Author
