Dr. Eduardo Anitua gained his medical degree in 1979 at the "Universidad de Salamanca", Spain, and later on was a resident for two years at the Maxillofacial Department at the "Hospital Clinico Universitario", Spain. He was awarded the title of Specialist in Dentistry at the "Universidad del Pais Vasco", Spain. He continued his studies during numerous stays in the USA (Philadelphia, New York, Miami, San Francisco, Chicago) and Europe (Italy, Germany, France and Spain). He continued his post-graduate studies at the Panky Institute (Florida).
He has held more than 200 courses and conferences on Implants, Prosthodontics and Esthetic Dentistry in international courses in USA, Europe and Latin America. At present, he is the Director of a On-going Education Course in Surgery and Implant-Supported Prosthodontics, and maintains an active private practice in Implantology and Oral Rehabilitation in the city of Vitoria, Spain.
