About the Author:

About the Text Author: i Joy Melissa Jensen is the daughter of Marlee and Ben Alex, both favorite Scandinavia Publishing House authors. She was born in Copenhagen, Denmark, in 1984 and graduated in International Studies from University of Oregon in 2005. Melissa has since developed her extraordinary writing and illustration skills into her own unique style. She currently resides in Edinburgh, Scotland. About the Illustrator: Simi Lu is an illustrator for children's books, graphic designer and college teacher. She was born in 1979, in Weng Shang, China. She currently teaches at the Yunnan Normal University. She also wrote a few professional books on illustration and Photoshop for Chinese university students. She lives in Kunming, China. About the Graphic Designer: Hanyu Gao is an illustrator for children's books and graphic designer. He was born in Kunming, China, in 1976. He started drawing at the age of 5 following his father's steps. He studied painting at the School of Fine Arts in Kunming and the Central Academy of Fine Arts in Beijing. Later he studied computer arts at the Design School of Kolding, in Denmark. He lives in France with his wife and two children.

I believe in using Bible Story Books with Children as young as 2 years old. They love the illustrations and soon learn the stories. Joshua and the Walls of Jericho Bible Story Book for Children is sized and shaped for small hands and starts the little ones learning about Joshua and the Walls of Jericho. Kid's turn the pages alone. Many learn to read the stories by themselves. The Illustrations help the children visualize the message. These books are very reasonably priced and is a good way to start the youngest learning about the Bible.
