About the Authors
An enthusiastic cyclist, freelance writer Francesco Baroni logs in thousands of miles each year and has ridden in cycling competitions around the world. He has researched the history and technological evolution of the bicycle and has published several books that explore these subjects in depth. Felice Gimondi was the winner of several world champion tours, Tour de France, and Giro d'Italia, and is the preeminent cyclist in Italy today.
Francesco Baroni (Milan, 1977) has written for the specialist magazine "Ciclismo" for many years.
