L'opera tratta il restauro, iniziato nel 1996 e tutt'ora in corso, del complesso di Santa Maria degli Angiolini dalle antichissime origini (almeno dal XIII secolo) e situato nel centro di Firenze presso il Museo archeologico. Oggi l'area è sede di un convento di suore domenicane e di un conservatorio. La Studio Art Centers International Florence ne ha curato il restauro con il contributo dell'Ente Cassa di Risparmi di Firenze. Il volume è diviso in tre parti: La Storia (che segue le principali vicende storico-artistiche dalle origini ad oggi ed in particolare dal Cinquecento al Novecento), Il Restauro e La Diagnostica e il suo testo è in lingua italiana ed inglese.
