Josť Sacal (born Josť Sacal Micha, September 25, 1944) is a sculptor and ceramist born in Mexico (Cuernavaca, Morelos). His work has been interpreted as Surrealism, a sandbox with the subconscious mind. His art is essence because it arrives from the deepest of his feelings expressed through the beings he creates. His creatures tell us a story, speak to us about their roots, of their surroundings and their feelings: family, love, loneliness and despair. As a young man, Sacal studied in the Instituto Regional de Bellas Artes, del Estado de Morelos, Antiguo Molino De Sto. Dominigo, INBA, and with the masters Arthur Khronengold and Enrique Altamirano. --wikipedia.org
