She is an author of several research papers and articles in various national and international conferences, seminars and journals. She has been a full-time paid scholar in Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, UP. She has worked as guest faculty in colleges and institutions. She has also worked as a Research Fellow in Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra, Ranchi. Today she divides her working hours among writing articles, research papers, writing books and is also writing her doctoral thesis.
