After a fast-track career start as a strategic management consultant with A.T. Kearney and after having worked as Executive Vice President with Bertelsmann between 1995 and 2000, Andrej rejoined A.T. Kearney as a Vice President in Germany. Andrej holds business administration degrees from the University of Munich (Dr. Dipl.-Kfm.) and the University of Ljubljana. In addition to his management and consulting responsibilities at A.T. Kearney, he is a Professor of Business Administration at the University of Eichstätt in Germany and he teaches executive MBA courses at IEDC Bled in Slovenia and MIB Trieste in Italy. He has authored and co-authored books in several languages, the two English books so far are Media Management, Leveraging Content for Profitable Growth, Springer Publishing 2003 and Beating the Global Consolidation Endgame: Nine Strategies for Winning in Niches, McGrawHill 2008. As a member of the European Leadership Team of A.T. Kearney Andrej is responsible for the European Organization and Transformation Practice and for A.T. Kearney´s Eastern European Unit.
