Frederick Burke, a graduate of Stanford University and Columbia University's School of Law and School of International Affairs is admitted to the bar in Washington, D.C. and New York. Mr Burke, who speaks Vietnamese, was the first American student to study at the University of Ho Chi Minh City after 1975. In addition to his many other publications, he is the Chief Author and Editor of the CCH Vietnam Business Law Guide. Mr Burke is the Managing Partner of Baker & McKenzie's Vietnam branch offices.
