After a few years of attending meetings, chasing sales targets and rushing deadlines, she realized that she finds more joy and happiness running around the kitchen than running the rat race. Chef Tai was determined to improve on her baking skills by attending part-time baking and cake decorating courses. Endless test-baking sessions took place at home usually over the weekends. Family and friends volunteered to be her food tasters. This process marked the beginning of a home-based baking and cake decorating business which she is extremely proud of.
