Dr. Timothy Harris is a Member of Cabinet in the Federal Government of St. Kitts and Nevis and has been a Member of Parliament since 1993. Dr. Harris has a first class honours B.Sc degree and M.Sc Degree with distinction from the University of the West Indies, and a Ph.D from the Concorda University Montreal, Canada.
