About the Author

Drake Reed is a teacher, basketball coach, skill developer, public speaker, and philanthropist, holding a bachelor's degree in Mass Communications Broadcast-Media from Austin Peay State University.

A former professional basketball player with an illustrious 11-year career spanning Australia, France, Italy, Austria, Libya, Argentina, and other nations, Reed also proudly represented Mali in Afrobasket. In the NCAA, Reed earned recognition as an Associated Press All-American Honorable Mention, Ohio Valley Conference Player of the Year, and a three-time 1st-team All-OVC selection. He contributed to two OVC championship titles and holds numerous individual and team records at Austin Peay State University. Reed's legacy is honored in the Austin Peay State University Hall of Fame, and his number is retired at Northeast High School in Clarksville, TN.

Originally from St. Louis, Missouri, Reed completed high school and university in Clarksville, Tennessee. Following his college years, Reed embarked on a professional career abroad, drawing inspiration from his global experiences to pen this book—a guide for Christians navigating the realms of business and life in sports.

Driven by God's calling, Reed's writing journey for this book began when a woman of God conveyed the divine instruction to share this inspired message, aiming to assist people worldwide.
