About the Author:

Itzhak Venezia, the Sanger Professor of Banking and Risk Management,has published articles in finance and accounting journals including TheJournal of Finance, Journal of Economic Theory, Journal ofBusiness, Review of Economic Studies, The Journal of Banking andFinance, The Journal of Accounting Auditing and Finance, Journalof Management Accounting Research, and The Accounting Journal (Israel).His interests and expertise are in the analysis of behavior of investors, theinteraction of accounting and finance, incentive stock options, and riskmanagement. Professor Venezia served as Visiting Professor at Yale University,the University of California Los Angeles, Rutgers University and The Universityof Southern California. He holds a PhD from the University of California-Berkley.

Zvi Wiener is a leading expert in financial models. An AssociateProfessor at the School of Business Administration of the Hebrew University inJerusalem and Head of The Finance Department, Professor Wiener has publishedextensively in leading academic journals including The Journal of Finance,The Review of Financial Studies, Journal of Derivatives, Reviewof Derivatives Research, Journal of Risk and Uncertainty, FinancialManagement, European Finance Review, The Journal of ComputationalFinance, and Journal of Corporate Finance. He is a regional directorof PRMIA (Professional Risk Managers International Association) and co-head ofthe Education and Standards Committee of PRMIA. He teachesfinance at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem (Fixed Income, Risk Management,Financial Engineering and Investments).
