About the Author:

Captain Ashok Mulloth is a Senior Lecturer at the Singapore Maritime Academy, Singapore Polytechnic. He has been teaching nautical subjects to deck officers for over 20 years. He has developed several computer based training programmes in nautical subjects that have enhanced teaching and learning. The Shipbroking and Chartering Handbook is his second book, and is a result of his continuing interest in providing easy-to-read learning material for personnel working in the maritime industry.
