About the Author

Colin Watson has over 30 years training design, delivery and management experience in the financial services industry. He has worked on numerous projects for most of the major banks on design, learning and development, business development, sales training, team building, project management, and leadership. He has authored 14 study texts for banking institutes both in the UK and South-East Asia. These titles include "Business Lending, Retail Banking, Risk Management" and "Managing People". In addition, Colin has held Chief Examiner posts with the Chartered Banker Institute for a range of subjects, including Specialised Lending, Call Centre Management and Strategic Management. He has also worked with the Institute of Financial Services University College on their Work-Based Learning and Advanced Credit Diploma courses. Colin is a Fellow of the Chartered Banker Institute and a graduate of the Open University.
