About the Author

Philip Wolny was born in Poland, but has lived in the United States since the age of four. He is an author and editor, whose nonfiction titles for young-adult readers include books about U.S history, international politics, geographic locations such as Los Angeles and Delaware, culture, religion, and many other topics. He lives with his wife and daughter in New York City.
