About the Author

Raquel Caspi is a Mexican-American psychologist, author, and anti-human trafficking activist with certifications in neurolinguistic programming, clinical psychology and psychopathology, positive psychology, and human trafficking, as well as neuropsychoeducationand transgenerational therapy. Raquel has a master's degree in transpersonal psychology and a PhD in human development. She facilitates workshops on topics such as self-esteem, emotional intelligence, and sexual abuse prevention. Her research interests include mental health and resilience after trauma.
