ACCESS complies fully with AbeBooks' terms and conditions. Any requests will be dealt with as swiftly as possible. Every effort is made to provide value for money in respect to book condition and price. If you're unhappy with the book, send it back......life's too short for disappointment.

Payment
Credit card payments processed via Abebooks.
Alternatively money order or cheque made payable to ACCESS.

Returns
We guarantee the condition of every book as described on the AbeBooks' websites. If you're unhappy with your book purchase (considered not as described or damaged) just send it back within 14 days of anticipated delivery date for a full refund. Return postage at customer's expense.

Orders usually shipped within 2 business days. Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy, oversized or to be sent to an overseas address, we wll contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.

Surface mail delivery to Australia and New Zealand can, in some instances, be in excess of three months. Air mail is expensive, particularly for heavier books, however if you would prefer this option please email for a quote.
