First edition thus, limited to 300 numbered copies (this is number 84) printed by Henry Morris at his Bird & Bull Press on mouldmade Arches text paper (Heaney B34). Illustrated by Rosemary Tottoroto. Evelyn's essay on salads originally appeared in 1699 and is, as Kit Currie describes it, "a delight to read." This edition contains a number of full color illustrations of the vegetables that Evelyn is describing and printed with the usual high quality expected of Henry Morris.
