Limited. 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Grey paper covered boards have footprints on front cover. Edges of book are sunfaded. Bump to side, front endpapers are foxed. Black ink on bottom corner of last 3 pages. DJ has slight wear at corners, is rubbed through in two places on spine and has one small hole in center back. 1 1/4" ink stain on bottom, back flap. The major problem with the DJ is overall spotting and dinginess due to softness of the DJ. Size: 4to - over 9¾" - 12" tall. Seller Inventory # 0474

One of 700 copies issued, this one inscribed on the colophon by printer Carl Hertzog to noted historian of Herbert Bolton, "in appreciation of great service to the Spanish Southwest," and also signed by Jose Cisneros. Fine copy in green paper-covered boards with footprint design, in a fine dust jacket. The three Englishmen in question traveled from Mexico to Newfoundland over the course of a year.
