About this Item

Tzarev did not become serious about her art until long after she left her native Croatia for New Zealand and marriage and family, and after raising two sons who have become very successful international entrepeneurs while she created her own retail marketing success. A late start, made up for by the same dedicated energy over long hours, have resulted, over the last decade in exhibitions throughout Europe, the Far East and Asia of her large scale paintings in vibrant impastoed color. This book contains selections of work from several of her favorite subjects such as flowers and dancers, and her travels in Japan, Africa and Thailand, her current home. Black cloth-covered boards, 7 1/2" x 7 1/2", 184 pages with numerous full color reproductions as well as several photos of the artist and an index. Other than a touch of wear at the spine ends, the boards and text are clean and unmarked, tight and square, not remaindered. The black dustjacket shows only very minor surface and edge wear, no tears, no chipping or creasing. Collectable. Bookseller Inventory # 004992
