[8]9-277p. Illustrated with 57 captioned green and white photos (the book is printed on light green paper!), two pages of architectural details and one map. Headpieces and tailpieces. Index. Heavy weave green cloth with black letters on the spine and an image in black on the front cover of a Mayan pyramid. Very minor wear to extremities with nothing rubbed through, top and bottom of spine just beginning to fray, previous owners' bookplates: two of Georgia N. Rhodes, one of the Brauntons and one of Mary C. Hutton, rear hinge just starting to split near the top, else very good to near fine with no internal markings and all illustrations in fine condition.
