About this Item

A very good and tight hardcover copy. Limited to twenty five hundred copies. First Edition. Listed in Broadfoot's 5th edition, Civil War Books. Papered covered spine in paper covered boards. Spine as usual, as with all copies has tanned and rubbed. Corners are very lightly rubbed. Book is very tight without the usual cracked hinges. A few spots to front board. No ownership signatures. Corners are sharp with some rubbing. No bent corners to pages as pages are also toned as are all copies. Spine tips are fairly smooth and have no chips. Light stain running along rear hinge from the gluing process. Overall, a very decent copy of a very poorly constructed book. Book is now covered in a stiff acetate jacket to protect it. *** WE BOX AND SHIP ALL BOOKS WITH USPS TRACKING. *** WE HAVE BEEN BUYING AND SELLING USED BOOKS FOR OVER 38 YEARS.
