About the Author:

Debbe Magnusen is Founder and Director of the first international crisis line for women contemplating abandoning their newborn babies. She and her charity, Project Cuddle have rescued over 440 babies from the fate of abandonment.

Debbe and her husband Dave have adopted five of their seven children and assisted hundreds of women that are pregnant and in crisis.

Debbe has appeared on Ricki Lake many times, Oprah, Montel and 48 Hours. She is an inspirational speaker that lectures nationally and into Canada. She has been honored with many awards, including The Points of Light Award and George Washington Medal of Honor by the Valley Forge Freedom Foundation. She was honored in 1996 as a local "Hero" and carried the Olympic Torch.
