Fine/good plus. All volumes and CD tight and pristine, though front panel, part of spine and rear panel of clamshell case bear homely coffee-type stains. First edition, limited to 1500 numbered sets (this #378). Despite mar to outer portions (only) of clamshell case, this is a tight and handsome set. The first, bound volume consists of a well-illustrated history of the composition of this symphony, the second is a portfolio titled "Facsimile of the Autograph Fair Copy" and the third a portfolio titled "Facsimile of the Copy by Alma Mahler." A pocket on the inside of the clamshell's case front cover houses a sleeve containing a compact disc of the London Symphony Orchestra's performance of the "Adagietto.". Bookseller Inventory # 37526
