This VG- book is clean, has a slight lean and a mildly faded spine; it is free of corner bumps; there is a tiny ding on the bottom edge of the rear board and the head and heel of the spine are very lightly bumped without fabric damage. The front board is very clean and undamaged. Except for an inked name on the FFEP, the interior is completely free of writing, stray marks and page damage; a few pages have minor stains that do not affect the text. Paper is mildly toned and still very flexible and the hinges are strong. The G quality jacket shows a great deal of wear. Besides the visible chips (please see photos) to front corners and head and heel of the spine, there are two tears at the rear gutter that almost detach the rear panel and flap from the rest of the jacket--a 4-1/4" tear comes straight up the gutter from the heel and a 1-3/4" tear comes down from the long chip at the head of the spine and fortunately veers off into the rear panel rather than continuing downward. And there is a 5+" tear from the top of the rear fold onto the rear panel. Needless to say, this fragile jacket is in a mylar cover. Seller Inventory # BMR-2020-1-7-1
