About this title

Synopsis:

Raised on an Israeli kibbutz, Amalyah's search for love began during childhood when the communal system of child rearing failed to meet her need for her parents' love. As an adult, her ongoing quest for love and acceptance seemed destined to end in heartbreak each time. That is, until she met her Messiah. An honest portrayal of one woman's journey from fear and rejection to deep security in her heavenly Father.

About the Author:

Harvey Yoder and his wife Karen live in the beautiful mountains of western North Carolina. They have five children, all of whom are married, and nine grandchildren. A teacher for many years, Harvey is now a licensed real estate agent in addition to being a prolific writer. He has traveled extensively while gathering materials for his many books, most of which have been published by Christian Aid Ministries. Harvey finds it especially fulfilling to write the inspiring accounts of faithful believers whose stories would otherwise remain unknown. His greatest desire in writing is that his readers will not merely be entertained by the stories, but rather be motivated to seek God with all their hearts.
