His analytical works have been briefed to the Secretary of the Army, Secretary of Defense, and the President.Roy''s intelligence collection and analysis has affected national policy concerning the Soviet Union, Russia, Vietnam, Panama, Spain, Diego Garcia, Eastern Europe nations, and Grenada.Roy is a recognized consultant and educator on international trade, marketing, and global business strategies. Roy wrote and prepared a course for a contractor on How to Conduct Business in Russia, During the last ten years, Roy has written several successful business plan,'' Strategic Marketing Plan for the Russian Far East, proposals for government business, and prepared specialized due diligence studies for businesses. His MBA thesis in 2001 was titled, Strategic Feasibility Plan for Manufacturing, Sales, and Marketing in Russia.
