From a theological library, rebound in brown library buckram. Very clean and tightly bound, with both the spine and the covers having very good, unworn edges. The covers are perfectly attached, with a gilt lettered spine. Library label on the lower spine, library bookplate, and library blindstamp on the title page. Barcode on endpaper. 515 very clean (with a few brown spots), crisp, and tightly bound pages. Preachers included are: Edward Norris Kirk, Chester Dewey, Robert baird, John P. Durbin, various Pioneer Preachers, William Henry Milburn, Henry Ward Beecher, Willia R. Williams, Charles G. Sommers, Orville Dewey, Frederick D. Huntington, Leonard Bacon, Theodore L. Cuyler, samuel H. Cox, Francis L. Hawks, George W. Bethune, Richard S. Storrs, Stephen H. Tyng, James W. Alexander, George B. Cheever, and Albert Barnes. Inscribed and signed in 1856 on a frontpaper by the author - Henry Fowler. There are 2 original frontpapers, with one original frontpaper, and 2 new endpapers. Size: 8vo - over 7" - 9" and 4to Tall.
