Green wrappers printed in black; 48 pp. With a lone drawing on p. 37 of a "New Silk Reel". Scarce periodical pamphlet on the American silk industry, prepared by the firm of Ward Chaney & Brothers of Burlington, New Jersey. The publication had a shorth life span (OCLC records issues from July, 1838 to December, 1839 only). The outer 1" of the front wrap is smoothly cut away, generally foxed throughout and with come crinkled dog-earing to the final few pages and rear wrap, with some damping to the top portion of the rear wrap.
