This is a remarkably scarce copy of Goins profusely-illustrated serving guide; flexible black leather binding with gold text on front and spine in good to very good condition. The author was an African American waiter who headed a training school for young servers. Decorative endpapers with small ownership inscription on top of flyleaf; bookshop stamp on title page; else, text is clean and tidy.
