Synopsis: Needs a screenwriter, great theater potential. This book is a story of a typical career in the war against drugs. It takes place in many of our United States as well as in several countries south of the border. Stories such as this are very rarely seen in the news or read about in the newspapers. Many people such as Gregory Lawson are right now involved in the war against drugs, and are in no way expecting publicity or fame. They are dedicated soldiers who only fight as hard as they know how to make our country safer for all of us. Gregory Lawson was born and raised in the country of West Virginia. He lived with his mother, brother and two little sisters on Fudges Creek Road near Huntington. After graduation from Milton High School he went into the Army and attended Army Fight School to fly UH-1H helicopters and later UH-60 Black Hawks. He stayed in the Army and National Guard until retiring as a CW-4 in 1997. In 1984 he began his law enforcement career as a WV State Trooper and Pilot. He later went to work for the U.S. Customs Service as a Criminal Investigator and Pilot. He finally retired from Customs and Border Protection as the Director of Air Operations in a fairly large Border Patrol Sector that included a large part of Texas and much of the Gulf of Mexico.
