All books are fully described, including defects.
Prices are in euros and include VAT.
Books remain the property of Amstelbooks until full payment of the bill has taken place.

Each purchase can be returned to Seller within 30 days of receipt without giving any reason (prior notification by email will be appreciated).
A refund of the purchase price (not including shipping costs) follows.

If you return the book due to an incomplete description the purchase price including shipping will be refunded...

Shipping costs are based on books weighing 2.2 LB, or 1 KG. If your book order is heavy or oversized, we may contact you to let you know extra shipping is required.

Great care is taken in identifying physical deformities before shipment. Our packaging is carefully carried out to withstand the adverse condition during transit, ensuring safe delivery.

The sending of the ordered books is for the risk of Amstelbooks. Amstelbooks reserves the right to insure the goods.
The costs for shipping and insurance are passed on to the buyer at cost prices..
