Hard cover published by Frederick Warne and Co. In 1912. No dust jacket. Brown covers with gilt lettering and design on spine and a drawing of a lion and gilt lettering on front. Bottom edge of front cover has a small indentation. Corners of covers are bumped and worn. Upper end of spine has some wrinkling. Inside front cover has a bookplate from a previous owner, and second page has a name of a previous owner at top. Endpapers have foxing and some tanning, and pages have some foxing. Top edges of pages are gilt-covered. Side and bottom edges of pages have some foxing. 50 full color mounted plates with tissue guards. Folio, 105 pages, 6.6 lbs. Book is in good condition. Also included is a Tryon Art Gallery catalog of Wilhelm Kuhnert and Big Game Animals of Africa and India, which has pictures of his work, a biography of Kuhnert and a price list of his works. ; Folio 13" - 23" tall; 105 pages.
