Printed form with manuscript entries. Handwritten entries are in quotation marks; the form reads: We, the undersigned, certify, that we are acquainted with the farm of "George R. Benedict" situate in the town of "Royalton" in the county of "Niagara" on which the said "Benedict" resides. Said farm is estimated to contain "Eighty-six" acres, of which "thirty" acres are improved. We consider the farm, independent of the buildings, worth "fourteen hundred and Sixty-six" Dollars in cash. The buildings of a permanent characters are worth "one hundred" dollars in cash. The farm appraised is "East past" Lot No. "18," "13th" Township "5th" Range. "Nov. 19, 1833 / W.
