About this Item

NO FINER COPY EXISTS. // NEW BOOK and DJ, both in GIFT-quality MINT condition. Issued without Dustjacket. // Clothbound hardcover, Quarto; 159 pages, elegantly illustrated. // This reviewer travelled to France several years ago, specifically to see Le Thoronet, and the trip was more than worth it. The abbey is a masterpiece of Cistercian architecture and will quiet the monsters within one's heart. Le Thoronet is one of the three sister abbies, the others being within reasonable proximity, but there is something very special about this quiet abbey, locked away in a sunny vineyard. Quatro.
